Welcome to Lume Concepts. We are your dedicated partner for turning visions into beautifully crafted spaces in the Algarve. These Terms & Conditions outline our collaboration to ensure transparency, trust, and seamless delivery of your project.

1. Our Services

At Lume Concepts, we specialize in:

Build: Expert construction and project management

Design: Bespoke interior and exterior design

Styling: Curated styling for a luxurious and personalized finish

Every project begins with a tailored proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment. Any adjustments will be mutually agreed upon in writing.

2. Investment & Payments

Quotes: Valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Deposit: A deposit may be requested to confirm your project.

Payment Schedule: Outlined in your agreement to align with project milestones.

Additional Costs: Any changes or unforeseen requirements will be discussed and invoiced separately.

We aim to make financial arrangements as transparent and seamless as our design process.

3. Your Role

To ensure a smooth project, we ask that you:

Provide accurate and timely information

Grant access to the property as needed

Review and approve designs or changes promptly

Your collaboration allows us to deliver your vision beautifully and on schedule.

4. Our Commitment

Lume Concepts delivers services with skill, care, and attention to detail. We are dedicated to creating spaces that exceed expectations while respecting your time and investment.

5. Creative Ownership

All designs and creative concepts remain the property of Lume Concepts until full payment is made. Once completed, you are granted the rights to enjoy and implement your space as intended.

6. Liability & Care

While we take every precaution to ensure excellence, Lume Concepts is not liable for indirect or unforeseen circumstances. Direct liability is limited to the total project fees paid.

7. Cancellations & Adjustments

Projects may be cancelled or modified with written notice.

Deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.

Lume Concepts reserves the right to pause or terminate work if payments are not made or if terms are breached.

We believe in fair and transparent communication throughout all adjustments.

8. Confidentiality

We treat your project and personal information with the utmost discretion and respect. Any information shared during our collaboration remains confidential.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Algarve.

10. Staying Up to Date

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued collaboration after updates indicates your acceptance of the latest version.
